Our 100% Safe ambition is governed by our Five Pillars and managed through robust safety, health and wellbeing improvement plans that are developed from our performance results and by taking learnings from our innovative thinking and experiences.
We constantly ask ourselves, ‘what if?’, so that we can mitigate as many potential risks as possible and where appropriate consider innovation and new ways of working. We also use Continuous Improvement Groups (CIGs) who involve a cross section of stakeholders to further improve our approach. The outputs from these groups are then shared through targeted communications across our business, supply chain, customers, and communities.
