If you've spent time away from work, it can be daunting making the transition back into full time employment. Our Returnship programme is designed to develop and reenergise your skills, with the aim of leading to a permanent job offer.
You'll receive mentoring and coaching support as well as training and updating technical skills where relevant.
The Returnship programme is similar to an intern placement - you'll be paid during the three month placement with a view to securing a permanent position with us at the end of the placement.
Our Returnship scheme is currently closed to new applicants - however, you may wish to view current vacancies on our website, or visit the Morgan Sindall Group jobs portal where you can set up job alerts to be made aware of vacancies that arise in your area.
You can also use the portal to create a general application, including an up-to-date CV. Your details will be stored within our talent bank, where they will be potentially matched with future vacancies.

Who are Returnships for?
The Returnship programme is for anyone who has taken a voluntary career break of around 18 months. We welcome applications from people at all levels who have either worked in the sector before or have transferrable skills from other sectors.
You may have left the industry to run your own business or taken a career break to raise children. You may have had an illness which stopped you working, but you are now well enough to return to work or you may have stopped work to care for a relative.
Experience in engineering or the infrastructure sector is not a pre-requisite for every role - but a genuine interest in our industry is.
You'll be keen to return to work for a leading UK infrastructure company which recognises that talented people from all backgrounds are the key to our success.
