The Recruitment Coordinator is a key role within the Recruitment Team.
Responsible for the completion of ‘candidate’ lifecycle processes and resolution of any recruitment and onboarding queries raised by the Recruitment Business Partners and Resourcing Managers.
This role requires strong attention to detail, a background in delivering excellent customer service, and a proactive approach.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be expected to work at pace utilising your superb organisational and time management skills to support the business with an accurate and professional HR administration service across the end to end employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers).
You will demonstrate creativity in working with the wider team to identify and implement continuous improvements.
The role works in partnership with the wider HR function (including the HR and Talent Development team together with the Project and Alliance Partnership) to ensure that a consistent HR service is provided to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration of the recruitment and candidate lifecycle - including updating ATS, managing open and closed roles, reporting, manage the administration for agency and ATC (All Together Cumbria)
- Resolve recruitment queries escalated via the Nuclear Recruitment Inbox
- Work closely with the HR, Resourcing and Recruitment Teams to provide support with recruitment needs.
- Arrange interviews for all Hiring Managers and ensure that CV’s and interview templates are included in the invitation, meeting rooms are booked
- Follow up with the Hiring Manager and Recruitment Business Partner
- Ensure ATS is kept fully up to date
- Respond positively to escalations and complaints to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
- Use HR data to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience
- Act as the escalation point for managers
- Support with ad-hoc projects and other duties where required
