Job Title: Office Manager

Company Overview: We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy office. Our company prides itself on its innovative products and services, and we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager to help us continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise and manage administrative staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is well-stocked and in good working order.
  • Organise and coordinate company events and meetings, including scheduling, booking venues, and arranging catering.
  • Ensure that all office policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations, data protection policies, and company guidelines.
  • Manage employee schedules and leave requests, ensuring that there is always adequate coverage in the office.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard.
  • Monitor and manage the office budget, ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and making decisions as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
