Role Description: The Project Director will play a pivotal role in our organisation, responsible for overseeing the delivery of logistics solutions that support construction projects in the Nuclear, Civils Infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in support services within a construction environment. This role involves working closely with a small team to provide essential logistics support to our PPP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production of Study Briefs: Develop study briefs that align with our clients' requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Delivery of Studies: Oversee the execution of studies and associated reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support the study briefs.
- Development of Business Cases: Collaborate with the team to create compelling business cases for proposed solutions.
- Implementation of Approved Solutions: Lead the implementation of approved solutions, including process definition and execution to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in project management and exceptional organizational skills to effectively oversee multiple projects.
- Construction Logistics Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction logistics services and a proven ability to implement them efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Stakeholder Management: Adept at managing stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- Data Analysis: A keen eye for data analysis and the ability to present statistical information in a meaningful and actionable manner.
