Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategic Direction: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to a major infrastructure program, aligning with innovative methods and best practices.
  • Team Building: Build and sustain integrated, multi-cultural, collaborative, and high-performance teams within a partnership/alliance model.
  • Collaborative Approach: Foster a collaborative approach to teamwork within large, multi-disciplinary, culturally diverse project teams.
  • Talent Management: Be accountable for attracting and retaining top talent within the organisation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement strategies for service delivery, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice to the partnership board, contributing fresh ideas on strategy, business planning, and service delivery.
  • Business Planning: Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of partnership outcomes.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and adhered to at all levels of the organization.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee the company's financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications:

  • Prior knowledge of the Nuclear industry is desirable but not a primary driver.
