Responsibilities:

To lead the development and implementation of solutions which embed digital/BIM information management processes and practices which enable a digitally led business unit approach. 

You will facilitate the adoption of lean/innovative digital ways of working which will remove duplication, wasteful processes and laborious practices in project delivery. Working collaboratively with the Quality team, you’ll establish requirements and assurance for information delivery and co-ordination across schemes and programmes of work. 

You’ll own the requirements and governance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and proactively enable project delivery teams including supply chain to work in a co-ordinated way aligned with CDE requirements and ISO 19650. 

  • To assist the Project Manager with the control of information on a project and run the Document Control and IMS functions
  • To lead the development and implementation of solutions which embed digital/BIM information management processes and practices.
  • You will facilitate the adoption of lean/innovative digital ways of working.
  • You’ll enable project delivery teams to align with Common Data Environment (CDE) requirements and ISO 19650.
  • Ownership and implementation of the project or programme level Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and co-ordination of alignment of scheme level Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs)
  • Provide process and information management requirements leadership and guidance for information delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital content within the Information Management System (IMS) to support the embedding of digital working across the business unit. Establish through collaboration and leadership information delivery and process requirements for Production teams, including supply chain teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key digital stakeholders and suppliers across the company, management systems and the supply chain.
  • Pilot and deploy site data & quality collection systems on projects
  • Develop and deploy business unit reporting

The ISA provides Sellafield Ltd with the capability and capacity to deliver a growing programme of infrastructure projects required for an aging asset portfolio. The alliance is mainly aimed at protecting and developing the utility assets; however, it also has scope for a number of non-utility asset projects as well.

The CCF programme ensures that the teams responsible for delivering the UK’s Continuous at Sea Deterrent (CASD) are able to live work and train in safe, state of the art facilities. The framework delivers cost effective infrastructure solutions to enable HMNB Clyde to continue to endure in its new role as the Royal Navy’s Single Integrated Operating Base.
