Plant Coordinator
Location: West Cumbria To provide quality support services to enable their department to meet its business objectives, and to support the accurate recording and collation of business information. To provide support in assessing the effectiveness and implementation of the local quality management system. Sellafield Ltd is a Nuclear Licensed Site and therefore must be able to demonstrate that any installed products or equipment meet the relevant stated requirements. One of the key methods used to demonstrate that specified requirements have been met is providing a complete LTR pack (or packs) associated with the scope of work. The appropriate compilation of LTRs provides demonstrable evidence that legal, regulatory, safety and quality requirements have been met as deemed by the scope of work. Responsibilities |
· Assist in performing office based administrative activities, within the quality team, proactively and efficiently. · Already experienced as an administrator you will have experience with the use of office packages such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel. You will have the ability to interpret procedures and policies of the organisation and be able to communicate effectively. · Maintain a project Lifetime Record tracker. · To compile key quality performance indicators (KPIs) reports and dashboards for their area – ensuring they are fit for purpose and meet customer requirements – for onward reporting to the Executive. · Responsible for ensuring Lifetime Records are complied and complete in line with the customers records management policy, once they have been fully reviewed by all relevant discipline and the quality team, they are handed over to the LTR Co-ordinator. · Responsible for the tracking, storage and archiving of project Lifetime Records. · Maintain the project Non-conformance Tracker · To collate, monitor and trend quality performance data; analysing, identifying and reporting on common themes and learning opportunities. · To support the effective and accurate update and maintenance of information and local management systems. To support audit and surveillance programmes to ensure the continued effectiveness of the management system; contributing to management reviews, where appropriate. · Implementation of quality related processes; conducting reviews to ensure processes are implemented and gaps/ improvements identified and ensuring delivery of activities to programme and close out of associated actions. · To maintain accurate records as required by their work scope, and to support their area in managing quality information and records where necessary. · To support investigations into quality related concerns and events. · To provide advice and guidance to customers and supply chain on application of relevant processes and local procedures. · Participation in and implementation of quality improvement initiatives |
· Secondary level education to GCSE or equivalent standard, with A’ level standard preferred · Experience of Excel and Microsoft Packages · Previous Construction and Nuclear experience

Essential Skills · Knowledge of Lifetime Record Management or similar documentation · Good IT skills. Specifically, must have a competent capability in the use of excel spreadsheets · Good communication and facilitation skills; ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels. · Good attention to detail; ability to collate information, extract/ manipulate data as appropriate. · Ability to analyse information, identify common themes/ learning opportunities. · Working knowledge of the Sellafield Ltd Management System and Sellafield Procedures · Knowledge of ATLAS/ Assurance Module/ QlikView. · Self-motivated with demonstrable evidence of drive, energy and resilience.
