Job description
The individual will be responsible for supporting the coordination of works on the BEPPS2 project at site. They will be responsible for ensuring all relevant teams/stakeholders are aware of the work being carried out by updating the daily dashboards/project heat maps. This includes updates to the BIM boards, all electronic boards in/around site. As key member of the Line of Sight team the individual will be to use their own initiative to provide any suggestions for improvement regarding the Line of Sight and will therefore, be a key component for the development of the team and process.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting the plan of the day meetings and helping to resolve issues that arise at the meeting
- Management of change requests as and when required
- Reviewing programmes to highlight any points for discussion such as key interfaces/clashes at the weekly planning meeting
- Organisation of meetings for the Line of Sight team
- Attendance of the daily Line of Sight meetings on the SRP project site
- Daily updates of site information i.e. activities/plan for work
- Issuing of communications for BEPPS2
- Management and maintenance of the BEPPS2 SharePoint
- Maintenance of the Line of Sight shared drive
- Maintain attendance and distribution list for the Line of Sight
- Update project heat maps to show areas of main activity
- Conducting readiness review with key stakeholders as part of the control of work process and ensuring all construction prerequisites are met before work is due to start
- Management of the readiness tracker
Requirements
- Administrative/secretarial experience
- Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficient in the use of Visio
- Highly organised and efficient
- Fast worker in a high paced, busy environment
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident, engaging with a positive attitude
