We have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Contract Coordinator to work on SSEN and SPT transmission projects.

Role Responsibilities

As a Pre-Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Bid Management in the co-ordination, finalisation, and production of a bid submission, while controlling the deliverables schedule.
  • Producing PQQ documentation with standard company and business information alongside producing bespoke CVs from standard company CVs.
  • Contribute to PQQ quality responses through company knowledge of systems and strategy.
  • Storage and archive of tender and PQQ documents.
  • Using personal experience and systematic approach to arrive at decisions on straightforward issues and will set goals for self in own working environment showing enthusiasm for the job.

 

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • A Degree is preferred.
  • Essential GCSE in English Language at grade C or equivalent.
    Experience of Work Winning, relevant industry knowledge and awareness.
  • Intermediary IT skills in Microsoft Office particularly Word and PowerPoint.

About the Energy Business Unit

We have extensive experience in upgrading and replacing energy networks, delivering asset management for major UK energy companies and network operators.

Our transmission and distribution services involve the upgrading and replacement of electricity assets both above and below ground. Within the electricity sector we install and maintain assets, including excavation, laying, and jointing of cables, (fluid filled and XLPe), substations and overhead line, new build, repair, and refurbishment services.
